Culture & Leadership Advisory

Who we are

LCP Nexus® is a Culture & Leadership Advisory firm that works with organisations to identify where culture, leadership, and behaviour are not fully aligned and therefore performance may be at risk, or is already at risk.  


We work upstream of major programmes to provide the information required to help inform decision making prior to committing money and resources to change programmes.


The process always starts with a Rapid Organisational Cultural Assessment (ROCA) which provides a current view of cultural-leadership alignment.  This can either be delivered stand-alone, or form part of a longer engagement as shown in the 3 tier approach below.  


For total transparency, the ROCA usually takes between 12-14 hours for small organisations, and usually between 35-40 hours for larger organisations.   


Our preferred approach is to work through the 3 Tiers in turn, although organisations are free to decide at any point whether to progress to the next Tier or take the work completed/feedback and continue the work internally.


If moving to Tier 2 & 3 on completion of Tier 1, we usually continue to work on a fractional basis which is usually a more cost effective solution for you rather than day rates.

This is the core of our work.

The LCP Nexus® Diagnostic is a short, structured engagement, typically delivered over six weeks (with minimal disruption to BAU), and provides a clear view of how leadership, culture, and performance are interacting within your organisation.

Where appropriate, we provide light-touch advisory support following the diagnostic. This is not traditional delivery or programme management, but instead, it is focused on helping leadership teams interpret findings in context, prioritise areas of focus, navigate complexity and resistance, and maintain alignment as changes are introduced  


About ME

I am a Culture & Leadership expert, Strategist, Executive Coach, Author, and the creator of the LCP Nexus®. 

After 22 years I moved from the structure and discipline of the British military into Senior Healthcare Leadership roles, including 2 years working with the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia supporting Vision 2030.

I have a Doctorate in Business Administration, a Masters in Applied Business Research, a Masters in Healthcare Management and, a Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Leadership & Management.  I am a Chartered Manager, Chartered Member of CIPD and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
