Dr Peter Inkpen FCMI FRSA: I’m a leadership and culture strategist, executive coach, and creator of the LCP Nexus™ framework. My journey has taken me from the structure and discipline of the British military to over 18 years in senior healthcare leadership roles. Along the way, I completed a doctorate specialising in how leadership, culture and performance align (or not!) in healthcare.
